Jerry Martin case adjourned for another week

Jerry Martin’s drug trafficking case was postponed for another week once again when the case came before the courts in Broadview on April 19. This was the seventh time Martin’s case has come before the courts since his arrest on Nov. 8, 2017 for the illegal operation of Martin Medical Services, a marijuana dispensary in Whitewood. The 45-year old has yet to enter a plea. Martin was not in Broadview Court but was represented by Gary Moore, who acted as an agent on behalf of Martin’s B.C. lawyer Kirk Tousaw.
